Flexport is experiencing massive growth with 2000+ Flexporters across 14 global offices. And we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a German speaking full-cycle Senior Recruiter to join our small but rapidly expanding Talent Acquisition team.
WHAT you’ll be doing:
No two days will be the same in this fast paced and challenging role. You will act as a Talent Advisor partnering with senior stakeholders consulting on roles, advising on process and developing search plans to drive strong and diverse candidate pipelines. You will partner with our Senior Business leaders and will be key to growing our our teams across Europe. This role will see running batch days for our volume roles as well as having the opportunity to be involved in senior hires. Your focus will be all none Technical roles, from mid to Senior level, across Supply, Finance and Sales.
