Sr. Business Development Manager
Build partnerships that powers global trade
Our vision is to create seamless end-to-end supply chains for our customers through integrations and partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll help us build and scale long lasting partnerships and relationships with like-minded companies in the ecommerce logistics ecosystem to enable our vision. Earning trust and delivering results is a big part of this job; partnerships must be mutually beneficial and create a 1+1=4 experience for the customers that trust us with their business. You have experience in sales and business development, preferably in ecommerce related logistics (B2B and/or B2C). You love to engage and observe customers, you demonstrate empathy and curiosity to collect feedback (data + anecdotes) and tell customer stories that influence product design. You are tenacious and unafraid to tackle big problems that haven’t been solved before. You see ambiguity as an opportunity to think creatively and execute unconstrained with minimal direction or supervision. You are innovative and get energized by the idea of building scrappy solutions to prove (and disprove) theories and learn, then double up on the ideas that work and switch gears on the ones that don’t.
