The opportunity:

We are looking for several  peak-season operators whom will work within our dedicated teams of freight, shipping, operations, customs and data experts, and that proactively help our clients manage their supply chains, ensuring goods arrive on time and in excellent condition.

You will:

• Provide general administrative support to our dedicated ‘Squads’ including the quality of data, ensuring speed, consistency and accuracy;
• Assist with basic shipment-related tasks such as tracking and monitoring;
• Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis

You should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive products.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
• Strong team player.
• Possess a curious attitude with a strong desire to learn
• Strong academic performance at tertiary level;
• Working Hour: 2 to 3 days per week (open to half-day work)
• Availability: Jul - Dec 2022
