How Do I Designate a Shipment As “Priority”?

You can mark a shipment as "priority" to indicate that it requires special attention from your organization and Flexport.

To designate a shipment as a priority shipment, navigate to the Shipment Details tab on the shipment page and use the Priority level section. By clicking Edit, you will see a modal that allows you to mark the shipment as “priority”, and include a message to explain why.

Once a shipment is marked as a priority shipment, a lightning bolt indicator will appear next to it in the shipment list and shipment page. These shipments will also show up on the dashboard, alongside any shipments that you’ve bookmarked.
