The Reports tab provides access to a wealth of data and analytics about your shipments, products, and invoices. When you click Reports, you are prompted to choose either Data (reports) or Analytics (visualization).
The Data tab includes a suite of basic reports about your shipments, products, and invoices. You can also create as many custom reports as you’d like, to leverage the precise data points that you need. These are viewable within the app, and may be downloaded as CSV files.
The Analytics tab crunches this data visually, generating easy-to-read charts and graphs. Here’s just one example -- a chart of quarterly total freight spend, organized by quarter, divided by transit mode (ocean vs. air):
The options vary depending on whether you’re looking at Shipments, Products, Containers, or Invoices (select these via the upper left).
When viewing data or analytics, there are a number of parameters you can use to filter what you're seeing. For example, if you're looking at basic shipment data, and you'd like to restrict the results by a certain date range or trade lane, click the + Add Filter button and select accordingly:
You can add multiple filters, one at a time, as necessary. Click the "x" in the upper right corner of each filter to remove it (which will show more results).
Click here to go to your Reports tab.
