Ryan Petersen
Chief Executive Officer
Ryan Petersen is the founder and CEO of Flexport. He is also the founder and ex-CEO of ImportGenius.com, the largest provider of business intelligence to the import-export industry. He has an MBA from Columbia and a B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley.
Amos Elliston
Chief Technical Officer
Amos previously worked as CTO of Geni.Inc, where he turned one of their internal projects into Yammer. He was also the Technical Lead at Shopzilla. He earned his MS in Computer Science from New York University.
Sanne Manders
Chief Operating Officer
Sanne Manders was previously the head of practice for logistics at the Boston Consulting Group, Holland offices. He’s experienced in servicing clients globally in logistics, transportation, and manufacturing. He has an M.B.A. from Columbia and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University.
Stouffer Egan
Chief Commercial Officer
Stouffer oversees Flexport’s sales and account management at the global level. He joined Flexport from Oracle’s Enterprise Cloud Group. In 2016 Oracle acquired Ravello Systems where Stouffer was VP of Worldwide Sales. Prior to Oracle, Stouffer held multiple sales leadership positions in high growth technology companies ranging from startups to publicly traded firms. Stouffer holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
Ben Braverman
Chief Revenue Officer
Ben previously served as URX’s Head of Growth. His tactics on generating revenue was decisive in URX’s $12M Series A funding – less than 6 months post-launch. Ben previously led Heyzap’s publisher SDK sales team where he increased network size 40X.
Chris Ferro
General Counsel
Chris heads up the legal and compliance functions at Flexport. He held the same role at Xoom Corporation up until its purchase by PayPal, Inc. Prior to his time at Xoom, he was an early employee at PayPal, and his first stint there included several years as a member of the eBay legal team. Chris received his JD from Georgetown University, and his BA in History from Stanford University.
Jindra Zitek
SVP Operations & Customer Success
Jindra joined Flexport after holding various positions at TPG portfolio companies, including Chobani as Chief Information Officer. He previously served clients at McKinsey in the industrial, high tech and energy sectors. Jindra has an MBA from Columbia and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Neel Jones Shah
SVP & Global Head of Air Freight
As a recognized leader in the global aviation industry, Neel previously served as the SVP & Chief Cargo Officer for Delta Air Lines, and was also the VP Cargo Commercial for United Airlines. He holds a MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Swarthmore College. Neel currently sits on the Board of Directors of Amerijet International Holdings and is a Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Kaitlyn Glancy
SVP Sales & Account Management
Kaitlyn joined Flexport from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked with companies in the technology sector and focused on supply chain and logistics consulting. Kaitlyn received her B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
Justin Schafer
VP Sales & Accounts
Justin joined Flexport from the domestic side of the industry, having previously facilitated solutions in small parcel, LTL, and FTL. He now guides Flexport’s East Coast client base through the intricacies of international logistics. Justin earned his B.A. in Sociology from UC Davis.
Stuart Leung
VP Operations & Logistics
Stuart partners with our west coast & southwest clients in building innovative supply chain & logistics solutions. He joined Flexport after leading operations across various companies in the consumer goods and retail space, including Reformation, where he oversaw finance & supply chain. He has an MBA from Wharton and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth.
Jan van Casteren
VP Europe
Jan van Casteren is responsible for expanding Flexport’s global reach and building its European operations. Jan was most recently a Project Leader for the Boston Consulting Group. There, he supported clients to solve problems in the fields of logistics, transportation, and energy. He earned his MBA from INSEAD in Singapore, and a MSc in Information Science from Tilburg University in Holland.
Henry Ko
General Manager Asia
Henry previously worked for Li & Fung Group as the General Manager. Prior to Li & Fung, he was the General Manager of SF Express Hong Kong and Customs Clearance Manager of DHL. He has an EMBA and Juris Doctor from City University of Hong Kong.
Nerijus Poskus
VP Pricing & Procurement
Nerijus has previously worked for Kuehne +Nagel where he developed a pricing department, managed RFP's/RFQ's & led contract negotiations. His team is building global partnerships with asset owners to ensure that Flexport's service is reliable and competitive.
Jayson Gispan
Director of Customs Brokerage
Jayson, a seasoned veteran within the logistics industry has been licensed as a Customs Broker for over 25 years. He and his team work hard to make the operational complexities of our business seamless and simple for our customers.
